My 3 year old jumped off the toilet and hit his mouth on the tub successfully breaking off the tooth he chipped a few months ago. It doesn't seem to be causing him great pain but he's clearly bothered by it.
He obviously needs to see a dentist.
He has visible cavities as well and still nurses at night. Dh is mad at me because I haven't allready taken him to the dentist and now this. I'm the kind of person who likes to do all my research first and I don't want to take my kids to just anybody.
I guess I'm just looking for a little understanding and maybe some advice. I don't even know where to begin and I don't want to get caught up in somebody elses idea of what is good for my kids. If the dentist uses scare tactics with me I'm afraid I'll go along with it.
