I am thinking of doing a semi low carb diet, not low carb- but cutting out sugar and white flower and processed foods- going more natural foods and such. I guess in doing that I would infact cut my carb intake very low. So my question is what will happend because I EBF? Everything I read says not to cut carbs out of your diet if you are pregnant or BFing- that doesnt vibe right with me- because 1) it seems wrong to eat foods for you that are not healthy 2) I will be BFing for at least another 2 years (dd is 4 months old), not to mention if I get pregnant again I could not start a better life style for what 5 years or more :irked:
I am sure there are people who have gone veggie or vegan when they are BFing- right??? And this doesnt support high carb life styles.
Help- Ideas and support? Will I hurt my baby?
