Those mini trampolines
What can you do on them for exercise?
I have one, but if I just bounce on it, I last about 3 minutes. And I'm semi-in-shape, I regularly do 30 mins on the elliptical.
How do you use it without tiring out quickly?

Its really good for your lymphatic system... There are ways to move your arms than enhance lymph movement. In one of the books I have it says that a short time IS equal to say your 30 min on the elliptical trainer. I just pulled mine out yesterday. I am pretty useless on mine too! But a bonus... the boys will jump on there for about an hour straight if I put some peppy music on... then they nap ;)

Rebounding is great! It is effective even if you are bouncing without lifting your feet off the trampoline. Just work up to the jumping if you are wanting to lengthen it out.
