Hey Teens!
Guys, i dont know if any of you visit any of the other message boards, but im warning you to stay away from them ... Things are messy over there in the other forums, and thats not what this site is about. This site is about getting and giving the support that we (and others like us) need. And i think, (not bragging or anything) that us teens are doing a pretty darn fine job of that. So i would just suggest just hanging out in here, where we all get along and everythings all good still. And we keep the primary focus of this website!

I haven't been to the other boards much. Thanks for the heads up! And I think you're right. We are all getting along very well and support each other with a lot of caring and understanding. :)

Not all of the adults here are playing that game. Some of us are still very committed to the original intent of these forums. As a matter of a fact, since it is still Mother's Day, you all should give me a big thank you for the fact that this board even exists.

As your close friend I would like to address your statement and to address the other wonderful people on this forum. The changes have upset many people and for very good reasons. I am in full support of all the CAM and PA people who want their forums back. I'm sure you might feel the same way if this great teen forum had been removed. I'm clear. I don't rely on the forums for information or support. Why am I still here? I will always be a psoriatic, my disease is in remission, not cured. I want to share my experiences, my support and my friendship with fellow psoriatics.
I see the new format hurting those who need it the most. Please read the many posts from old and new members who are lost in that mess called Living With............ Forgive those who have gotten a bit fired up and emotional in their responses. And don't fail to notice that both sides did their share of finger pointing and name calling.
I would also point out to you that CAM, P and PA sufferers have supported one another's views in this endeavor to return the forums back to what they were prior to the changes.
I'm not a ding dong and I have trouble scanning through the mess on the Living With.......
There are many good arguments for returning the CAM and PA forums. If the moderators feel it is the best way for everyone to be exposed to all types of info than why not make one big forum? Certainly friends and family forum would have more exposure to more topics for their loved ones. And the community forum would have better exposure if events were posted where most of the people viewed (statistics supported by the NPF reporting).
I hope you see my point. At some point the info becomes much too jumbled. We need catagories. That is why every business has departments, why every grocery store has sections, why they don't teach math, english, science and social studies in one classroom.
We're not asking for much. Why even some of your oldest closest friends here are working behind the scenes to return the forums back to what they were.
Please don't see this as the "grown ups" acting up inappropriately. They are pleading for some sanity.

I was making a joke, lighten up! I know KJ and some of the others of you here rather well. I don't think you are stupid at all. In fact, I am really glad that you have this board for yourselves, I was a big supporter of its original creation.
Personally I find it refreshing to pop in on you all from time to time. Wanna grab me some of those " love waves " and cart them on over to the " grown up " side!
