And YIKES again! I'm with einna. Number 1 reason why, if you eat right and exercise the theory behind(oops) the solution is a false one. #2, several years ago I had colo-rectal surgery and since this colonics had been thrown around as a "cure" for many things, I asked my proctologist about it. She said its basically nonsense and could be harmful. You could be destroying or removing important enzymes, bacteria, body fluids, lining structure and other components of digestion and waste expulsion. Have you ever met someone who was cured of anything using colonics? That should answer your question. YIKESTADEEYIKES!!!!!! Keep moving and your bowels will too.

If you want to clean out your colon a bit, just put more fiber into your diet. If you don't want to or you can't do that, drink a glass of Metamusel (or any other brand of psyllium hydrophilic mucilloid) every now and then. That will help clean out your colon, but I strongly doubt that it will have any effect at all on your psoriasis. But if you think it does, please let us know.
As the others have said, don't bother irrigating. You may end up with a few tomato plants taking root in there.
