I have P in my ears, and it gets so hard because everytime i clean my ears all the P rubs off and bleeds.
Anyone else have this problem? I also have it in the folds of my ear and my ear cap /sigh

I have it in my ears, as well... One of the worst spots to get it. Unfortunately they haven't invented a UVB wand to stick in there to take care of the problem yet..
In the meantime, my solution has worked very well and is 2-part...
When the ears get bad, I apply some Elidel via a q-tip... Lots of Elidel.. Smear it all over. A few days later it's clear.. And then for the next few days, I use some of this lotion in my ear:
Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Hand Cream
Yes. Hand cream. Yes. In the ear.. I follow up with this stuff for about a week after the Elidel and the combination has worked very well. Then I just monitor my ears on a regular basis for the slightest sign of P.. Then attack early with a little Elidel and hand cream... This is what works for me! Hopefully you'll find the relief you need!

i have P on my left ear but i dont think its so bothersome. i guess i feel like the ear is the least of my P problems ya know.. ive been puttin the clobetasol propionate and it seems to be working

I've had P inside both ears and all around the outside as well so bad that they would bleed terrible when removing the scales. Now they are clear in just a couple months using the 777 oil, psorolin ointment, and soap regularly and daily.

Good luck in getting relief, i know just how awful it is, when you have that in your ears. I wasnt able to wear earrings for many years because of it and now i can again!! woohooo!

I found Psorolin a few months back when I was searching for 777 oil (wrightia is the herb in it) then while googling I discovered there was an ointment called Psorolin made from the same herb!!! So I wrote to a website that I had bought some different ointment from and asked if they could get that ointment as well as the 777 oil (since it comes from India).........Gary, called me and he said yes he could get it...so I ordered it and I was amazed how well it worked...I'm totally clear of scalp P and P in the ears and on my forehead...I'm happy to say it also cleared all the other P (inverse, plaque, and guttate) but took a little longer on that.

This is what works for me in a pinch .. YES I hate the routine but at least it keeps people from noticing my flakey ears:
Allow your ears to get wet in the shower under the warm water flow for several minutes. Then carefully massage them to remove any flakes that have started to soften (I have one of those small mirrors in the shower that suction on the tiles so I can see what I am doing). As soon as you can after the shower, apply LIGHT coatings of Vaseline in and around the ear (light because you can inadvertently plug up your ear canal with a gollup of the stuff :eek: ) Experiment with it ... you'll get the hang of it ... and you will find that this will often last for the whole day. Ironically, I have also found that if I expose my ears afterwards to some sun, they will also appear less red later. Unfortunately, the dryness returns by morning since I hate to wear Vaseline to bed and get the pillow cases greasy! Hence the daily routine.
