Hi Kokoraumi,
Welcome to the boards. This is a great place to share your feelings, vent, and learn about ways to try to manage your disease. I remember very well how hard it was when I was in high school and had bad psoriasis. I think it was the hardest time.
There are some things you can try to help yourself feel better. If you don't have a dr , you can look here for a dermatologist near you. Please go and see one, they can and will help you. If you don't have insurance, there are assistance programs available to help.
You can look to see if there is a Support Group near you. Support Groups are lead by trained people who are patients, and meet regularly in many cities. Here is a place you can check to find the one closest to you:
http://support.here/home/If you are feeling depressed, you should try talking to your dr. There are many medications that can help you feel better, and counseling is also an excellent idea. Many of us have gone to counseling at different times to help cope with the difficulties of living with this disease.
Please let us know how we can help.
Regards,
