Hi Sumx4182. Jor-El posted many threads involving a holistic approach to healing his psoriasis. The posts are lengthy, and are quite similar to what very expensive medical retreats do. Except he did it at home and inexpensively. It took a year. It wasn't a one week fix to healing his skin. Over the years we've seen many celebrities check themselves into healing spas and come out well again. It can be done at home, for those of us who don't have $5,000 per day to do it at a spa.

and i will keep you up updated on the progress, i too am in my 50s and have had p since i was 32ish ive been on the embrel thing that stopped working after a while and then put on raptiva after a couple of weeks started to get pains in the knee , back etc so i was put on steriods (so could at least walk and work ) that is keeping me going no pain but only for as long as i take the pills but when i come off the pills i know the pain will come back ( i pray that it wont ) after reading lots of the threads on this site its nice ??? to know i am not alone and there are lots of you worse off than me, you all are great and i thank you all lots for the help you have given me...thanks again
