hiya ppl i duno about any1 else but my psoriasis gets awful in the hot weathers becos it drys out all of the time and new 1s appear i was just wondering wot ppl do 2 help theres? plz let me no if u ave any ideas. luv me xxx

Hi! :) Sorry I can't help. The heat doesn't really bother my P but the winter makes me dry out. All I do to keep myslef comfortable is liberally apply lotions or creams many times throughout the day. It seems to help keep flares down a bit and at least brings some comfort to that awful dryness :p
I use these:
Udderly Smooth
Eucirin
Skin Milk
Aveeno
