Do you guys take the liquid form as sold on pureliqiudgold.com or do you guys take it as caps?

I do powdered grapefruit extract and I take two capsule each day if I think I have an infection.
I think the Liquid Gold gives directions, related to your body weight. I bought about a quarter pound of powder when I first found out about it, and I haven't gotten through my original stash.
Goldenseal is another herb that is a natural anti-biotic. I only take these when I need to, but at least with GSE, I hear you don't build an immunity to it.
