and I would like to get some information about one diet I'm planning to take! For almost whole my life I was
and now, when my life is in danger, I have decided to change something. Not only that, my doctor told me that I must radically reduce the lipids intake as well as the meet intake and increase intake of fibers!
So, I've decided to become a vegetarian. I don’t know will I make it, but I will definitely try! A friend has told me some great stuff about
flax fibers and I was just wondering can anyone give me some advices!
